Shirred casings allow for high speed stuffing which save labor cost and increases production efficiency.
We are the only supplier in China who has an in- house shirring machine.
Shirring range: 50-300mm.
Stick length: 30m-50m/stick.
Multilayer polymaide casing with exceptional strength and durability, high barrier properties making it suitable for a range of hams and sausages, pet foods and cheeses.
Suitable for high-speed stuffing, clipping, shirring, hanging and mold cooking.
Features:
Flat Width: 50-320mm.
Roll: 1000m/roll.
Thickness: 50um (can be tailored according to client need).
Heat shrink: 17% in 90 degrees hot water for 5 seconds.
Overstuffing: 13% overstuff.
Moisture vapor: 27.3g/m², 24hrs (ASTMES6)
Oxygen vapor: 8cc/m2,day, atm (ASTMD2985).
Applications:
- Hams and sausages, pet food, soups.
- Suitable for high-speed stuffing, clipping, shirring, hanging and mold cooking
Inner packing: 1,000m/roll.
