Heat shrinkable bags are now a popular choice for manufacturers, replacing vacuum bags for meat, poultry, sea food and cheese packing. Unlike other non-shrinkable films which is in sheet form and uses a straight seal, heat shrinkable film isnormally produced in tube form using a curved seal. Therefore, the technology used to seal and cut for shrink films is different from non-shrink films. The S-400 bag making machine is a new innovative design created by International Plastics Engineering for tube form shrinkable films and has the following features:
Functions:

1. A centralized industrial computer unit controlling each step of the bag making process. A liquid LCD touch screen panel allowing adjustment of speed, length, temperature, bag count, batch numbers in real-time. 2. Utilizes an industrial workstation to control frequency conversion thus enabling automatic feed control, material input tension and speed. 3. Heat sealing unit with different types of curved round bottom and flat seals. 4. Ability to cut into single or perforated bags in roll form and count the number of bags produced. 5. Photoelectric tracking for printed or clear bi-oriented films up to 400mm width.
